Motivated by the lure of a new guitar, Tristan began working for his father Darius at Bayou State at the age of 15 cleaning the laboratory. At 19 he began a full time career at Bayou State working his way up through the departments, and today, he is the President

Professionally, he is passionate about doctor and patient satisfaction, striving daily to make sure the work that leaves Bayou State lab exceeds both their expectations. What most excites him about the dental industry is working closely with dentist to achieve the greatest outcome for every case. Tristan's daily goal is to create predictable and consistent outcomes.

His goal is to ensure dentists will always have a dental technician to consult with. Tristan enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with Bayou's clients for overall case direction, material choices, prep design, shade determination, surgical routes, and assistant training. Our clients would say that he has a high standard for both himself and clinicians and will go above and beyond to make sure their work is done correct and on time.

Tristan is actively involved in his church, where he serves on the worship team playing both acoustic and electric guitar. His love for Christ and his church inspired him to become a dedicated member of the team

Personally, Tristan is deeply rooted in God, family, church, friends, and music. He really enjoys spending time at church with his wife Marina, and his children, as well as worshipping God through music at open mics

Tony began working for his father Darius at Bayou State at the age of 18 after joining the Army National Guard. He began a full time career as a waxer/metal finisher and worked his way up through all the departments, and today, he is the Co-General Manager along side his brother Tristan.

Tony is very passionate about doctor and patient satisfaction, striving daily to make sure the work that leaves Bayou State lab exceeds both their expectations. What's unique about Tony's experience is that he has spent significant time in the dentist office working along side the doctor and their staff. Tony's understanding of what goes in to, and the changes that happens to restorations once they get in the mouth, gives him the ability to create more precise and esthetic restorations.

Tony's understanding of dental lab technology and the dentist office is not the only thing he understands well he has also attended the Dawson Academy so his understanding of function and occlusion is second to none.

Tony's goal is to provide the patient and doctor the highest esthetics with ultimate function. Tony enjoys assisting Bayou's clients at the lab or in office for overall case planning, material choices, prep design and shade determination. Our clients would say that he has an incredible eye for contour and color and that he will go above and beyond to make sure their work is done correct and in time.

Tony's actively raises money for local organizations, most recently he held a fund raiser for Denham Springs High School at Beach Bums Sport Complex which he is co-owner.

Personally, Tony is very passionate about his family, friends and sports. He really enjoys spending time with wife and 3 children, who all have followed in their fathers footsteps by joining the military. We are so proud of this military family and that Tony is part of our team!
