Course Description: Through Dima’s presentation, you will get a taste of three great topics and be able to take the information from each back to your components. First, the presentation places an emphasis on fostering a productive and rewarding work environment and connecting employees with their strengths and career aspirations. You will be empowered to take action and create a positive company culture that results in lower employee turnover, improved quality of work, better overall morale, and positive results for the company’s bottom line. Next, you will explore the keys to unlocking the millennial mind in order to better engage them in the workplace, give them the purpose they crave in their work, and inspire them to overachieve. You will be guided through a shift in perception that is essential in order to prepare companies for Gen Z. By bridging the disconnect between generations, companies will be able to harness the creative and innovative talents of their employees while keeping them dedicated to the company’s mission. And lastly, you will elevate your professional brand by looking at three elements: - Inward - understanding the strengths you have to offer.
- Outward - projecting a positive personal and online presence.
- Onward - using your internal and external brand to reach your goals.
These elements will inspire you to become intentional in projecting a professional image and owning your unique brand, which will propel you forward towards your goals and empower you to expand your potential. Course Objectives - Upon completion of this course, attendees will:- Know how to communicate more effectively within their business and the association.
- Be able to elevate their professional brand by using communication skills.
- Know how to elevate employee engagement.
- Know how to future proof their company: engaging Gen Y to Z.
